
This is a version of that 'bay' seasoning used for seafood 'boils', and it works damn well for that!. Cab be used to flavor potatoes, veggies....even popcorn. But it's awesome as a dry seasoning rub, or wet marinade for chicken. Add a splash or orange juice, and a bit of olive oil, blend, then marinade.
Perfect on any cut of the bird. Word.
